Lingonberry Seed Oil is naturally enriched with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in a favourable ratio to eachother. This makes the lingonberry seed oil beneficial for a good health as well as for a healthy and beautiful skin. Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids are important building blocks in the skin barrier which aids a good skin moisturisation as well as hindering pollutions from penetrating deeper in to the skin.  Lingonberry seed oil is also naturally rich in a special form of Vitamin E which is a strong antioxidant that helps protecting the skin from degrading reactions from free radicals in the environment.
