Each product is listed with price including 25% VAT. We reserve the right for any printing errors such as prices, specifications etc. If you are under the age of 18, you need the goalkeeper’s permission to shop with us. For deliveries outside the EU may be added. customs duty and shipping costs paid by the buyer.
We reserve the right to ev. end sales
Should the product be damaged or removed during transport to a customer, MIDNATTSOL AB will be responsible for payment. If this occurs, it is the customer’s obligation to notify MIDNATTSOL AB Customer Service within a reasonable time (max 4 weeks). If, on the other hand, the product is damaged or lost when returning to MIDNATTSOL AB, the customer is responsible for payment
Our payment solutions are offered in cooperation with Klarna. You can pay via direct payment, debit card or via invoice. You will always receive a delivery slip along with your order.
Delivery and shipping terms
For purchases over 500 SEK, freight within Sweden is free. For purchases below 500 SEK, a shipping cost of 49 kr is added.
The goods will be shipped to you within 2-4 days of your order. The goods are shipped with Post Nord.
As a customer you have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in case of delay (unless a new delivery date has been agreed). If you regret your purchase, please contact us at info @ localhost.
For unresolved packages, we reserve the right to charge 250 kr to cover administration of this and return freight.
Of course, we want you as a customer to be satisfied with the goods you buy from us. Should you undo your purchase, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Always contact our customer service before returning the product, remember to enter your customer number and invoice number. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping at undistorted purchase. We will refund within 30 days of withdrawing your purchase and returning the product.
As a customer, you have the right to advertise wrong in order to be within 14 days of receipt of the product. We are of course responsible for the shipping cost of such returns. This is shown on receipt of receipt.

Upon receipt of the product, we will investigate the product in accordance with the description you provide as a customer in connection with the complaint. It is important that you provide as comprehensive a description as possible. If the complaint is accepted, we will respond to your shipping costs and any other charges you incurred in connection with the complaint. Even if we accept a complaint, you as a customer are always obliged to limit your costs as a result of the complaint. Thus, only the costs are reimbursed.

Order Confirmation and Transfer of Risk
When we receive your order, a confirmation will be sent by email. If you wish to cancel or change anything in your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. You will become the owner of the goods you ordered only after they have been delivered to you and we have received a satisfactory payment for the goods. Once the goods have been delivered to you, responsibility for their loss or destruction is transferred to you.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Use of the Website (and any non-contractual relationships that may arise through or in connection with them) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish Material Law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish Courts Court to settle disputes that may arise through these General Terms and Conditions.
